Cheesy chive muffins 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup grated cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives ½ teaspoon onion powder 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 cup milk ¼ cup oil Stir flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, parsley, chives and onion powder in a large bowl. Create a well in the dry ingredients, and add the egg, milk and oil. Stir until a batter forms, which will be somewhat lumpy. Pour into greased muffin
