Go bananas
2 medium bananas
3 tablespoons orange juice or 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
2 – 3 drops almond extract
2 cups cold milk
1 cup plain frozen yogurt
Dash of salt (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in glasses or small bowls.

Nut or seed butter
Coconut oil
Riced cauliflower
Canned pumpkin

6 ounces frozen orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 ice cubes
Blend at medium speed until ice cubes are crushed. Serve in glasses or small bowls.

Summer spritzers for a crowd
6 ounces white grape juice
12 ounces water
12 ounces ginger ale
12 ounces club soda
Frozen strawberries (no syrup)
Chill all liquid ingredients ahead of time. In a large punch bowl, gently mix all liquids then add frozen strawberries. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary for decoration.
