We love hearing about real moms, who live in the communities we serve. ​

Every mom is worthy of the cover of MOM Magazine. We wish we could feature all of you. Each year we have six issues to features moms from our community.
Each issue, we select a mom for our community to share her story, experiences and life as a mother. Each cover MOM will have professional photo session by one of our expert photographers and featured on the cover and as the main article of an upcoming issue of MOM Magazine.

Submit your nomination here. We only choose moms who have at least one dependent child still in their care who live in the communities we represent: Salem, Lane County, the Mid-Valley and Central Oregon. Note that one nomination per year, per mom is much preferred over multiple nominations. We don't need you to write an essay; around 100 - 200 words is fine.
Cover MOMS
Community Impact Award
The MOM Magazine Community Impact Award honors one nonprofit organization, in select communities where MOM Magazine is published, that positively impacts the lives of moms and children. Past winners include the Salem Kroc Center, ABC House of Albany, Eugene Family YMCA, and many others.

The awarded organization receives a free, year-long advertising schedule in MOM Magazine to promote their programs and cause, as well as social media promotion.

The 2026 award is on hold until further notice. If you would like your organization to be considered for this award, please email audrey@mommag.com. We will let you know when the cycle opens again.
