Benefits of guardian-child gymnastics classes

Guardian-child gymnastics classes don’t just help your child improve their gymnastics skills, they create a supportive environment for youth to grow while strengthening their bonds with a guardian.

These classes encourage the development of essential early movement and motor development skills, all through a fun blend of solo and adult-led activities. These shared activities also work to build the confidence of your child as they grow their social skills through interaction with other children their age. This makes gymnastics not just a physical activity, but a meaningful opportunity for growth and youth development.

KidSpirit offers Head Over Heels guardian-child gymnastics classes for ages 2 to 3, and our Tiny Tots classes for ages 3 to 4. For guardians, these classes create an environment free from distraction for you to bond with your child and watch as they grow in the gymnastics room.

With your support, your child can thrive as they learn the basics of gymnastics. Guardians in these classes also have the opportunity to interact and meet other guardians with children the same age. Gain a sense of community as you have fun in the gymnastics room with your child each week.
