A single mama building a legacy
Amanda is a single mom of three with a clear vision: that her kids will never have to wonder if they can afford a home of their own. With Bend’s rising housing prices, Amanda wanted to take action now.
She just got the keys to the investment property of her dreams that she’ll use as a short-term rental, and she’s planning to build equity to buy a second then a third. When her children are adults, they’ll each have a home that they can choose to live in, rent out or sell to purchase the home of their dreams.
