Apple Pie Popcorn
6 cups popped popcorn
1 teaspoon apple pie spice (1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon allspice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted or cooking spray
1/2 cup chopped dried apples
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together sugar and spices. Combine popcorn, dried apples and pecans. Pour melted butter over popcorn mix (or spray with cooking spray). Dump sugar-spice mix over popcorn mix and toss to coat. Add walnuts and pumpkin seeds if desired.
