My sister-in-law Peggy is one of the most hardworking moms I know. She is the mother of 4 children and if that wasn’t enough she also works full time as an Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner. She just recently had her 4th child, and balances caring for her new born, making time to spend quality time with each of her children. Her time is so limited due to her work schedule, but she is always willing to babysit, make crafts, willing to help anyone whenever they ask, gives service through her church and participates in fundraisers throughout the community because she wants her children to know the importance of serving your fellow men. The real reason I wanted to nominate her is because she focuses on the small kindness without seeking recognition. From dropping off secret treats to people who need a little pick me up, taking her family to sing at a local nursing home, making dinners for others, supporting and encouraging her friends to reach for their goals. Whether or not she was a nurse practitioner I know why she would have found a way to use all her skills in the "healing arts".

Her time is so limited due to her work schedule, but she is always willing to babysit, make crafts, willing to help anyone whenever they ask, gives service through her church and participates in fundraisers throughout the community because she wants her children to know the importance of serving your fellow men. The reason I wanted to nominate Peggy is because she really focuses on the small details and small kindness without seeking recognition for it. From leaving secret treats at friends houses, to visiting friends in the hospital, singing and visiting with residents of long-term nursing homes, making dinners for others, encouraging and supporting friends to reach their goals. Her whole personality centers on caring for others, which is why she is a great nurse practitioner and probably why she chose an occupation that deals with the "healthing arts".
