Lace up your shoes and hit the trail with us! Join MOM Magazine Editor Krista and Publisher Raeann at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bald Hill Path in Corvallis. It's the perfect time to get moving on those plans to exercise, hang out with other moms, and talk to your local doctor if you have some questions. The Corvallis Clinic docs lace up too and are open for discussion. The best part - they are real people. (Dr. Carol Morcos at center in pink)

    Do I walk? NO - but I'm starting on Wed. It's a fun way to get exercise and spend time with the kids or friends - or just myself and my ipod.

    Raeann...Walk with the MOMs sounds like fun! Can you set something like this up for Albany? The 19th is the day my kiddos have been looking forward to for weeks. It's our big 'road trip' to Splash in Eugene! We won't be able to make it to walk with you but we'll definitely keep it in mind for next time! Our entire family is doing the ALS Walk on Sept 19 in Salem to support my auntie who has ALS. It's a 3 mile walk I believe. We have a huge family team and great support. You should come join us! Have a great time walking on Wednesday! We'll be thinking of you while we're playing in the water!
