Last week we awarded two moms with a set of four tickets each.  I need more questions this week.  Questions can range from credit to dealing with emergency expenses.  See if your financial questions can get you four tickets to the July 3 Corvallis Knights baseball game.

    What is a short-sale? I always hear it on the home buying shows but no one ever explains it. Is it like a foreclosure or is that totally different?

    Recently, our major credit card raised the interest more than 16%. We haven't been late on payments, or misused our credit card. Why is this happening? Is there anything I can do to stop the increase? Please help! Thank you.

    We are looking to sign papers for our property and was curious about the first time home buyer credit of $8,000. How you go about getting it, do you have to wait?, is it as soon as you sign papers? Also do you have to have a loan through the bank or can it be through a family member but payments will be made through a title company.Thank yoU!!

    What do you think of Dave Ramseys concept of using envelopes and cash to keep better track of monthly expenses? When the money is gone, so is the spending. We do this and it is hard sometimes!
